  • You must not misuse our website by introducing viruses, malicious software, or attempting unauthorized access.

  • We reserve the right to restrict access, suspend, or terminate any user account that violates these terms.

3. Services and Pricing

  • Our standard pricing is as follows (subject to change based on client requirements):

    • Website Development: $120

    • App Development: $150

    • Software Development: $200

    • Monthly Maintenance: $50

  • Custom packages can be created depending on project requirements.

  • Prices are subject to revision at any time without prior notice, but clients will be informed before project initiation.

4. Payments and Billing

  • All services require advance payment or partial deposit before work begins.

  • Payments must be made in full as per the agreed invoice.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • We do not provide refunds once a service has been delivered or development has begun, except in exceptional cases reviewed by management.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information, requirements, and necessary materials (such as logos, content, images, etc.) before project initiation.

  • Any delays in providing required materials may result in project delivery delays.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data unless they are subscribed to our maintenance package.

6. Revisions and Project Scope

  • Each service comes with a limited number of revisions as outlined in the package details.

  • Any additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  • Digita Softech reserves the right to decide whether a change is minor (revision) or major (new requirement).

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights of completed projects will be transferred to the client.

  • Digita Softech retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All pre-existing code, frameworks, or design elements remain the property of Digita Softech.

8. Confidentiality

  • We respect client privacy and confidentiality.

  • Any sensitive information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Digita Softech will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • We are not responsible for losses due to third-party service providers (such as hosting, domain registrars, or payment gateways).

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining updated security and compliance measures on their platforms.

10. Cancellations and Termination

  • Clients may request cancellation before the project starts for a partial refund (if applicable).

  • Once the project is initiated, no refunds will be provided.

  • Digita Softech reserves the right to cancel a project or terminate services if a client violates these Terms.

11. Maintenance and Support

  • Clients opting for the Maintenance Plan ($50/month) will receive continuous support, updates, and monitoring.

  • Maintenance does not include redesigns, major functionality changes, or new feature requests (these will be charged separately).

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

  • Digita Softech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
